Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Damaged or Faulty Products, Incorrect Selection, Change of Mind. Please ensure you consider your purchase carefully as incorrectly purchasing the wrong product or a product deemed not fit for your purpose may not lead to an automatic refund.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
To return stock due to a change of mind, incorrect selection or for damaged/faulty products, the purchaser must advise us within 5 days of invoice date.

 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Stock to be returned to Fremantle Packaging Supplies at Unit 1/177 Barrington Street, Bibra Lake WA 6163.

 

HOW do customers return items?
Damaged/Faulty Products

Please take photos of the damaged/faulty goods and email them to [email protected] with your invoice number. Customer service will then assist with the return of goods, and supply replacement items or issue a full refund. Any further costs associated with return of goods or resupply will be covered by Fremantle Packaging Supplies.

 

Incorrect Selection and Change of Mind

Photos of the stock, reason for return and details of the order (including but not limited to the invoice number and date) are to be emailed to [email protected] to begin the returns process. The product must be undamaged, unopened and in re-sellable condition. Once our team is satisfied that the items have been returned in a satisfactory condition, customer service will then assist with supply of replacement product or issue a refund if applicable (minus restocking fee of 10%). 

 

SHIPPING for returns?
Where stock is returned due to change of mind or incorrect selection, Fremantle Packaging Supplies will not cover the cost to return items or refund for any delivery fees.

 

CREDIT/REFUND for returns?
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If we do choose to issue a refund, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

 

Packing materials?
Items need to be in original packaging for returns otherwise returns will not be accepted.
